Sometimes it is really hard to believe these claims. To get a real feel of this is even possible, you have to dive in and do it your self or at least buy blogging to the bank and download it.
I did that a few days ago. It cost me $40 and I was hit with upsells before I got to the download page. Note: The download page is where the product is. I was given a number of options to this course. I was not interested in them all but I think they would be good. Well as you can see there is a lot of buzz about this product.
Here’s my personal take on this blogging course.
The 65 page pdf is a good read. But, I find a lot of grammer errors and could not ignore the possibililty that I may have made a mistake in buying it. Since I have been working online for a year and a half, Ben’s course was a waste of my money.
The is nothing new for my $37 plus tax. What I suspect ,and it is, is that all the real information that will show you exactually how to do this is in the upsells that cost way more than $37.00.
Most product these days offer videos with their product without extra charge. Here, Ben is charging you extra to get videos and monthly secrets tips and strageties to get you up and running quickly. I don’t think he should have done this at all.
If he wanted to really help people, sell the product at a higher price and give them everything. Not an upsell, this really turned me off and a signed of weakness on his part. If you are so sure of the program Ben, why not give it all for one reasonable price.
Next, all the information in the Blogging to The Bank PDF is not for newbies. I am sure it’s not geared towards people who are just starting out, but it comes across like that when he talks about free blog profits.
Some of his recommended resource are PAID ones. Places like Elance, Odesk, Getresponse, Guru.com, Rentacoder, are all paid service sites. So you see, you’re not done spending money. The 37.00 is just the beginning. I don’t like hype at all!!
Another one of is recommendation is buying back links. This is bad guys. Google hates this and you can get your site de index for this practices. You should build your links naturally and may I add the these backlink serviceses are very expensive. The most expensive service here is Linkadage.com. Don’t bother with this. I believe the most ethical way of building back links is to write articles and submit them to PR5 to PR 6 article directories. These will do you just fine.
I must give him credit for recommended Squidoo as a way to leverage your traffic source. Squidoo, is great and Google loves them. They have also weeded out the bad apples from there system leaving just the good writers.
This site which is owned by Seth Gordin is very popular. It is free to join and you can make money from this free service. But, making money from it is not that simple. It takes a lot of time and effort to get your Squidoo lens to make at least one dollar.
However there are some people who have figured out how to do this using nothing but all free services. There is a popular ebook by PotPieGirl call One Week Marketing that shows how to profit from Squidoo. It’s a good read. I recommend you check it out.
